common questions _

How do you structure your fees?

We do not put the same percentage on every stage. We look at what your project actually needs. Some want more design work early on, others need more technical detail later, and we set the fee around that. You pay for the work your project takes, rather than a flat rate we give everyone.

Why do you visit the site before quoting?

Because seeing it in person tells us what a form cannot. How the ground slopes, where the light comes in, how close the neighbours sit, the odd corner that ends up shaping the whole job. We work that out first, so the fee reflects the real work and not a guess.

How accurate is this fee calculator?

It is a guide, not a quote. It gives you a rough figure quickly so you can plan, but every project is different and the real number comes once we have seen the site and understood what you want. There is no obligation, and the first visit is free.
